J.C Immigrated to America from Poland in 2002. Being ambitious and hardworking, she worked and studied to learn english, she from NJ. to CT. married and 2 children. while being a full time mom J.C continued her studies in Northwestern CT.community college and than became a massage therapist graduating from Cortiva Institute. She was down to the professionBy her desire to heal and help people. she and her family have a very active and healthy way of life by enjoying outdoor activities and a clean diet. making  massage therapy  a perfect fit for her  chosen balance life style. J.C looks forward to helping people  feel as good as she  does.
 J.C is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy and practice in well being J.C is proficient in Myofascial release, Deep transverse friction, Rhythmic compression, cross fiber friction, pin and stretch, skin rolling, contact relax stretch,Broadening and lengthening and range of motion testing. J.C is eager to meet and massage you into your own wellness.
